Movie Site Host

Movie Site Host

As a modern filmmaker, you need a website. For some of you, setting up a movie website is simple – you probably already have one. But for other filmmakers, getting a web footprint has been on your to-do list for way too long.

This first version of your website does not have to be perfect, but it should include the name of your production company (or your movie), your contact information for any press and traditional distributors. Then later, as you go into production on various movies, you will want to set up websites for each movie.

Setting up an initial website can be done in roughly three steps.

  1. Reserve your domain and hosting.
  2. Set up your website.
  3. Add your content.

If you are interested in setting up a website, I have created a step-by-step guide for filmmakers. You can access the website for fimmakers guide by going here.
